Management team’s experience in Greenfield projects includes:

•	Setting up a Shari’ah compliant home financing business and taking origination to $500 million. The platform has since gone on to originate over USD $2 billion mortgage assets with minimal foreclosures.
•	Launching the first Takaful company in the US through a partnership with AIG; accumulating over $150 million in homeowner’s coverage within the first year of operation.
•	Launching the largest Shari’ah compliant home finance provider in the UAE.
•	Establishing the first national US Shari’ah compliant commercial real estate financing platform with end-to-end operations involving every aspect of mortgage financing including: sourcing, underwriting, closing, funding and servicing.
